1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 c. crushed graham crackers
8-12 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 c. coconut

Directions:

Mix all ingredients by hand in a bowl. Transfer to greased 9x9 pan. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350º. (do not over bake!) Cut while warm.

My mom used to send these cookies with my dad when he went hunting, as they were quick energy, easy to transport and not easily broken. They are great for children with certain allergies, too, as I have recently been told!
