1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped onions - saute first
1/8 tsp.pepper
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/4 cup chopped pepper
1 1/3 cup Minute Rice
1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
1 cup water
1 cup grated cheddar cheese


Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef with bread crumbs, onions, pepper, tomato sauce and seasonings; Pat into bottom and sides of a 9" deep pie plate.

Mix rice, tomato sauce, water and 1/2 cup cheese and spoon into meat shell.
Cover with foil and bake at 350º for 1/2 hr. Uncover and top with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
