1 box white cake mix
1 box pistachio instant pudding mix
1 cup Crisco oil
3 eggs
1 cup 7up

Frosting:

1 cup cool whip
1 cup sour cream
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup coconut
1 box pistachio pudding mix
Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Put mix in 2 round cake pans. Mix together and bake at 350 until done.
Frosting: Mix pudding mix and one cup coconut. Add other ingredients and spread evenly on cooled cake.
