Dressing:
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup Sugar
1/8 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce


Salad:
1 bunch of Romaine lettuce
green onions (scallions)
1/4 cup Butter
1/2 cup Sliced Almonds
1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds
1 package plain, crushed, & uncooked Ramen Noodles

Directions:

Dressing:
Combine all ingredients & mix well – refrigerate overnight.

Salad:
Chop 1 bunch of Romaine lettuce & green onions thinly.
In med saucepan, brown the following:
Sliced Almonds,
Sunflower Seeds, &
Ramen Noodles,
butter (let cool).

Mix nut mixture with lettuce & dressing & serve.
