1 container fresh oysters
bread crumbs or panko crumbs
seasoning salt
pepper
tartar sause
sliced tomatoes
lettuce
fresh lemon
soft hamburger buns

Directions:
Directions:
Put 2 - 3 tbsp. of oil in a hot skillet, turn to medium heat. On a large plate, put some breadcrumbs or panko crumbs and the seasonings. Dip the oyster and coat lightly with crumbs and fry for 3-5 minutes till browned. Prepare some hamburger buns with tartar sause and tomatoes, put two fried oysters on top and squeeze with a little fresh lemon juice, add some lettuce and bun top. Enjoy!
