1 t fenugreek seeks (uluva)

1/2 t turmeric powder

1/2 t or more red pepper powder



bag frozen yam (chena)

2 plaintains (cut in small pieces like the yam)

1 chile (optional)


1 can coconnut

salt

6 curry leaves

Directions:

1. Ghee and powders

2. Add yam, plantain, and green chile

3. Add 1 cup water and boil 10 min. or more

4. Add salt and can coconut
