1/4 cup honey
1 egg beaten
2 cups white bread flour
1 cup wheat flour
2 tsp. dry yeast

Press Stop to clear display. Press Select until 8 appears on the display for the dough setting. Press
Start. When unit signals and display reads 0:00, press Stop and remove dough. Shape as desired and put into pans. Leave rise until double. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
