In 2 c scalded Milkcooled to room temp
Add 3/4 cup shortening, crisco or margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt

2 pkgs of dry yeast dissolved in 1/3 cup luke warm water

2 eggs beaten
6- 7 cups flour
