Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 can spam or minced ham
1 c. cheese, may be velveeta, cubed
3 tsp. onion
4 tsp. sweet pickle relish
3 tsp. miracle whip
2 tsp. ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Grind meat, cheese and onion into a large bowl. It works well to alternate the meat and cheese as you're grinding to avoid gumming up your meat grinder. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spread on hamburger buns and wrap each bun in foil and bake at 350º for 15 minutes.

When making this for a large group, you can place the buns on a cookie sheet and cover the top with foil rather than wrapping each individually.

Dar's mom, Vollina, gave me this recipe, and it is a favorite of our oldest son, Brad.
