6 boneless pork chops
1/2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. oil, or more as necessary
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. honey
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. cranberries, washed and picked over

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge pork chops in flour and brown in oil. Mix water, brown sugar, honey, cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon. Set aside. Put chops in a 9x13" pan. Put cranberries over chops. Pour spice mixture over all, cover with foil and bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake 30 minutes more.
