6-8 potatoes- cubed
6 carrots- sliced
3-4 celery stalks- sliced
1-2 onions chopped
3-4 bay leaves
garlic and pepper
2 cans beef broth
3 cups water
2 1 lb. pkg smoked beef sausage
Directions:
Directions:
Stir all ingredients except sausage in pot and bring to a boil for 20 minutes. Add sausage and simmer for 20 minutes more. Remove bay leaves and serve.
