1 pkg or 1 tbsp. yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 c. warm water
1 tbls. olive oil
2 c. flour

3 c. shredded cheddar or mexican mix cheese
1 - 1 1/2 ground beef
taco seasoning
1 onion, chopped
lettuce, shredded
tomatoes, diced
taco sauce and or salsa
sour cream
hot peppers
black olives

For pizza dough, mix 1c. flour, salt, sugar, yeast, oil and water and stir vigorously. Add rest of flour to make a soft dough. Let set covered 20 - 30 minutes.

For topping, cook hamburger with one chopped onion, drain and add taco seasoning. Roll out pizza crust and put on oiled stone or pizza pan. Sprinkle with 1 c. cheese, taco meat, then 2 cups cheese. Bake in preheated 450 degree oven for 15 minutes. Take out and top with Lettuce and tomatoes. Serve rest of ingredients on the side so everyone may customize to taste!
