4 granny smith apples
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp flour
1 can pineapple tidbits
1 well beaten egg
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 cup salted peanuts
1 8 oz cool whip
1 tbsp vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, pineapple juice, flour, vinegar and eggs. Cook until thick - stirring occasionally. Combine apples, pineapple tidbits, peanuts and cool whip. Then add the chilled sauce to the mixture.
