1 c. flour
1/4 c. water
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients until smooth with whisk. Pour 1/4 c. of batter onto heated and lightly oiled 10 inch skillet. Swirl batter so it fills the pan. Flip when edges start to curl. Heat for a minute and remove.
