1 large head napa cabbage
2 T. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
4 T. butter
4 T. flour
1/2 C. milk
1 C. shredded Mozzarella Cheese (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400ºF. Rinse cabbage and cut into large pieces. Stir fry cabbage with 2 T. oil until soft; add salt to taste. Reserve liquid from cabbage in separate bowl. Melt butter to fry flour until a little brown, then add liquid from cabbage little by little while stirring. Add milk and whisk until sauce is creamy. Mix sauce and cabbage well. Pour into a baking pan.
Sprinkle cheese on top of cabbage. Bake in oven 30 minutes until slightly browned on top.
