Ingredients:  
2 C. cooked white long grain rice
1 C. green peas
Salt to taste
1 1/2 tsp. butter
4 cinnamon sticks
1/2 C. carrots, chopped
Cilantro for garnish

Cucumber Raita:
2 large cucumber, peeled
Few sprigs of mint, torn
Few leafs of cilantro, torn
2 C. Buttermilk
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, add butter, cinnamon sticks, peas and carrots and saute for 7-8 minutes. Add cooked white rice and mix together. Continue to cook for another 10 minutes.

Peel cucumber and chop or dice into small pieces. In bowl, add buttermilk, mint sprigs and cilantro. Refrigerate until ready to eat.

In serving bowl, place peas and rice mixture. Put cucumber raita on top of rice. Garnish with cilantro.
