2 eggs
1 1/2 cup buttermilk
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda

RED SYRUP
1 3 ounce red jello pkg.
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp. corn starch
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a bowl. Beat till smooth and fluffy. I use the blender. Fry at 360 degrees in an electric skillet.

RED SYRUP
Combine and bring to a boil. I use the microwave.
