1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats (uncooked)
1/2 cup firmly-packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter

2 cups cooked, mashed pumpkin (or canned)
3/4 cups sugar
1-12 oz can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves

1/2 cup firmly-packed brown sugar
2 T butter
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Set oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine flour, oats and brown sugar in a medium mixing bowl. Cut in the 1/2 cup butter with pastry blender until mixture resembles course meal. Press mixture evenly into an ungreased 13x9x2 baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine pumpkin and 3/4 cup sugar, milk, eggs, cinnamon, salt, ginger and cloves, stirring well. Poor over baked crust. Bake for 20 minutes.

Place brown sugar in a small mixing bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender or fork. Stir in pecans and sprinkle mixture over pumpkin mix. Bake 20 minutes or until set.

Cool and cut into squares and serve with whipped cream and cinnamon.
