Stewing chicken
One egg
2 Tbl. water
1/2 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
Flour to roll out
Potatoes
Celery (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken and remove from bones. Put chopped chicken in broth.
Mix egg, water and add flour, baking powder and salt to it. Add enough flour to roll out in a thin sheet. Score into squares.
Bring broth and chicken to a boil and layer potpie with potato pieces cooking 30 minutes. Some diced celery may be added to this for flavor.
