1 pkg. chicken stuffing mix
1 cup water
1/4 cup butter
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1 bag broccoli cuts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 can water
2-3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag Lays potato chips - crushed
1 large can French fried onions - crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water and butter - stir in stuffing mix. Remove from heat.
Combine the chicken, broccoli, crumbled stuffing, 1/2 can french fried onions, and 1/4 of the cheese. Place in 9x13 pan, sprayed with PAM. Combine mushroom soup and water. Pour soup mixture over the top of these ingredients. Top with the remainder of the cheese.
Bake casserole, covered, at 375º for 35-40 minutes or until bubbling.
Then uncover and top with chips and remainder of french fried onions. Bake 10 more minutes or until browned.
