2 packages orange tapioca pudding
1 package vanilla pudding
1 15 oz can mandarin oranges
1 large can mixed fruit cocktail
1 cup whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Use juice from fruit cocktail, plus enough water to make 3 cups liquid, cook the pudding mixes as directed on the package using this liquid.
Cool this mixture and then add fruit cocktail and oranges.
Whip the 1 cup cream and fold into mixture.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I often add more fruit. Sometimes before serving I
will add cut up bananas. The pudding keeps well for several days in the refrigerator - but the bananas do not, so I add them the day of serving.
