Sara Lee Center Split Deli Rolls
Seasoning for roast (Pappy's is my favorite)

Directions:
Place roast in glass dish, season, and cover tightly with foil. Bake in 250º oven for 6-8 hours. (When done, beef should pull apart easily with a fork.) Note: Instead of seasoning meat, barbecue sauce may be poured over meat before baking. After baking, discard left-over sauce and continue.

Shred beef with a fork into a large bowl. Heat barbecue sauce and stir into the shredded beef.

Toast or heat sandwich rolls. Spread with beef mixture and serve.
