1 lb. ground beef
1 envelope taco seasoning
3/4 c. water
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. salsa
1.c finely shredded cheddar cheese
8 flour tortillas
shredded lettuce
Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef. Add seasoning and water. Simmer. Add cream cheese and salsa.
Place tortilla on a piece of plastic wrap. Spread meat mixture over 3/4 of the tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese and lettuce. Roll up tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least an hour. Unwrap and cut into 1 inch pieces.
