2 lb. butternut squash
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. melted margarine
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 1/2 c. raw cranberries, washed

Directions:
Directions:
Peel squash and cut into cubes. Cook in boiling water until tender. drain and mash. Add remaining ingredients except cranberries, and mix well. stir in cranberries. Pour into greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350˚ for 45 minutes.
