8 slices white bread, cubed
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. margarine, softened
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Put cubed bread in bowl. Add pineapple with juice, stir to coat bread. Cream together margarine and sugar. Add eggs and beat until light and fluffy. Fold in bread-pineapple mixture by hand. Mixture will look curdled. Pour into greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Bake uncovered at 350˚ for 45 minutes.
