1 envelope knox gelatin
12 cup cognac (brandy)
3 eggs, separated
2 cups whipping cream
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup Creme De Cacao
grated chocolate if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle gelatin over 1/2 cup water and 1/3 cup sugar, salt and egg yolks. Stir and heat, do not boil. Remove from heat and stir in brandy and Creme de Cacao, chill until slightly thickened. Beat egg white stiff and add remaining 1/3 cup sugar. Fold inn one cup shipped cream. Place in fridge. Place remaining whipped cream on top. Garnish with grated chocolate.

Very elegant and luscious dessert. Can also be placed in a graham or chocolate pie shell and served as a pie. Auntie Lynn does this.
