1 1/2 # burger 3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 egg 1 c. thick & crunchy salsa
1. 4 oz. green chili 2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa
Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl combine meat, bread crumbs, and egg mix well.
In another bowl mix all remaining ingredients. Add 3/4 c. salsa mixture to meat mixture. Mix well, put into loaf pan or casserole pan.
Bake 350 degrees 50 minuets. Take from oven spoon rest of salsa on top, put back in oven bake another 20-30 minuets
