1 - 20oz package of fresh cheese tortellini
1 – 8oz jar of julienne sliced sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained
1- 7oz container for basil pesto
optional- cooked & cut up chicken
Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. Spoon pasta into a large bowl. Add pesto and sun-dried tomatoes and mix well. Add optional chicken. Tastes great the next day after it has been in the refrigerator overnight.
