Cake:
1 box yellow cake mix WITHOUT PUDDING (Duncan Hines)
4 eggs
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, juice and all
1 c. vegetable oil

Frosting:
1 pkg. INSTANT vanilla pudding
1 #10 can crushed pineapple fruit (drained)
9 oz. (or 8 oz.) of cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix, eggs, oranges and oil 2 minutes at highest speed, scraping bowl often. Pour into (2) 8" or 9" rounds or a 9 x 13" greased cake pan. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes or until springy at center or edges of cake pull apart.

Frosting: Combine pudding and pineapple, and then add cool whip. Mix well. If using rounds, put frosting in between layers and on top, not on the sides. Freeze and take out of freezer about 1/2 hour before serving. Good end to a hot summer day. Enjoy!
