1 cup mayo
2 T mustard
2 tsp Worcestershire
2 tsp hot sauce
2 T Old Bay seasoning – or Tony C’s
½ c diced red pepper
½ c chopped green onion
2 eggs
1# jumbo lumped crab meat
2 sleeves of Saltine crackers crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first seven ingredients together in a large bowl. Taste, it should be a little salty. Then fold the crabmeat into the mixture just until all coated being careful not to break the lump meat. Then pour in the crushed crackers and fold from the bottom until the mix is just together and STOP. Easiest to cook on an electric grill at 350 degrees, dropping by ice cream scooper. Cook until golden brown and top with sauce of choice.
