1 cup milk
1 egg
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Bananas or other seasonal fruit

Mix batter and cook make sure the burner is not to hot #4. top with apple sauce and bananas
(or other fruit) and whipping cream,

for something different you can use coconut milk instead of milk.
