1/3 c. whipping cream 1/3 c. milk
6 oz. hash browns 3 pats butter
1/2 tsp salt dash of pepper
1 c. imitations crab meat 1/2 c. sour cream
dash of cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp each onion, garlic powder
1 c. mozzarella cheese 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
dash of paprika 6 shrimp optional

spray a 10 inch cake pan. Mix hash browns and crab put in pan. put butter on top salt to taste In a bowl add eggs, cream, milk, sour cream, mi well add cayenne pepper, onion, and garlic powder,mix, add cheese pour over potatoes. arrange shrimp on top in a pin wheel fashion
sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top in Dutch oven. pour over potatoes.
Bake at 350 degrees or place 8-10 briquettes bottom 10-12 top
