Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 can Italian bread dough or pizza crust
6 or so slices of sandwich meat (ham, salami or prosciutto work well)
6 or so slices of Provolone cheese, broken into half
Parmesan cheese
Garlic powder
Dried oregano
Red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Unroll bread/crust dough on a lightly floured surface until it forms a good-sized rectangle. Do not overstretch dough. Place meat on dough, leaving at least a 1/2" border around the edges. Sprinkle with garlic power, oregano, and red pepper. Layer on Provolone cheese pieces and sprinkle with Parmesan. Starting from the edge closest to you, roll up the dough like a swiss cake roll, making sure to keep all ingredients inside the dough. Pinch the ends shut as you roll. Place the entire roll seam side down on a greased foil-lined, cookie sheet. Make several cuts in the top of the roll. Sprinkle the roll with oregano and parmesan. Bake for 25 minutes. Slice and serve.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Any kind of sandwich meat and cheese work really well. Sometimes we double the meat and double the cheese.
