1 medium Granny Smith Apple, peeled and cored
1 c. sliced strawberries
1 kiwi, peeled
1 orange
1 TB each, packed brown sugar and apple jelly or any flavor you might have

Cinnamon Chips
4 tortillas
water
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 TB. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
For salsa, chop apple, strawberries, and kiwi. Zest and juice orange. Mix all together in bowl along with jelly and brown sugar.
For cinnamon chips, spray or brush tortillas with water. Combine cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle over damp tortillas. Cut tortillas with pizza cutter into strips or wedges and bake at 400º for 8-10 minutes. Serve with salsa.

This salsa also tastes great served over yellow, white, or angel food cake. Top with a dollop of cool whip.
