1 tablespoon yeast
4 cups whole grain rye flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups buttermilk, warmed
3 tablespoons oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast, flour and salt. Heat buttermilk to warm temperature and add oil.
Mix milk mixture with flour mixture.
Knead dough and form into loaf. Let loaf rise until double. Bake at 350 degrees and brush the load while baking with water a few times.

(Wil Wagner - I tried the recipe and the dough did not rise at all. I will experiment to see if I can get it to rise. )
