2 pounds frozen hash browns
1 pound Jimmy Dean Regular Sausage
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) cheddar cheese
1 (16 ounce) sour cream
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
1/8 teaspoon pepper (optional)
1/8 teaspoon salt (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Brown sausage and set in fridge to cool. Butter 9x13 pan. In large bowl mix hash browns, sausage, cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar. (Salt and pepper if desired.) Bake uncovered for 50-55 minutes. Sprinkle remaining cheese on and bake 10 more minutes.
