Ingredients:
Ingredients:
12 medium potatoes - Peel and cut into bite size pieces
6 carrots - Peel and dice
6 celery sticks - diced
2 packs (16 slices) Kraft American Cheese (I use Velveeta instead)
1 pack diced ham
2 regular size cans of evaporated milk (I use Carnation)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes, carrots, and celery in enough water to cover potatoes.
When these are cooked, remove one cup of water and set aside. Do not
drain potatoes, carrots, and celery.
2. Add cheese to potato mixture, add ham, both cans of evaporated milk, and
salt and pepper to taste.

Note: If soup is too thick, add water you set aside earlier. If soup is too thin,
add 1 tsp. flour to water that was set aside, mix, and stir into soup.
