4 c. peanut/cashew mix nuts
12 oz. box of Crispix cereal
2 c. brown sugar
2 sticks butter or margarine
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Directions:
Directions:
Pour cereal and nuts into a large paper grocery bag.
Mix brown sugar, butter and corn syrup and boil for 2 min. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda.
Pour mixture over the dry ingredients in the paper bag and shake well.
Microwave 2 min. Shake bag well, then microwave again for another 2 min. Shake well when done.
Spread mixture over a cookie sheet or tinfoil to cool. When cool, break apart and enjoy.
