12 chicken bouillon cubes
1 large onion, chopped
2 c. celery, finely chopped
2 c. carrots, finely chopped
3/4 lb butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1 large jar of Cheese Whiz©
2 c. cooked, diced chicken
1/2 package frozen peas (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve bouillon cubes in 3 quarts water in large saucepan. Bring to boil. Add onion, celery and carrots. Cook until tender. Melt butter, add flour; blending to a smooth paste. Add to vegetables in bouillon; blend thoroughly. Add Cheese Whiz; mix well. Cook over medium heat; stirring constantly until thickened. Add chicken and peas; blend well.
**Freezes well if peas are added just before serving.
