Ingredients:  
1 can salmon (tall), drained
1 egg
1/2 cup (approximately) unflavored breadcrumbs
flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mash salmon between fingers to crush bones.
Mix in egg with fingers.
Add enough breadcrumbs to hold salmon together.
Lightly flour patties and brown until done on both sides.
