2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can corn
1 tomato, seeded and diced
1 onion, diced
1 jalapeņo, chopped
1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp lime juice
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 c. cilantro, chopped
1/2 Tbsp chili powder
salt and pepper

Mix all and season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
