Babyback ribs, spare ribs, or country ribs
Montgomery Inn BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place ribs fat side up in a single layer on a sheet cake pan. Cover tightly with aluminum foil crimping tightly over edges of pan to seal. Place in 225º oven and bake, undisturbed, for 4 hours. Raise heat to 375º and uncover ribs carefully, pouring off accumulated juices. Baste ribs with sauce and cook for 25 more minutes.
