1 pound hamburger
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
dash of onion powder
.87 oz pkg of McCormick brown gravy mix
1 3/4- 2cup of water
1 (8oz) can mushroom with juice
1 3/4 cup elbow macaroni noodles (uncooked)
1 can cream of mushroom soup (optional)

Directions:
Brown pound of hamburger and drain grease. Add all ingredients and stir. (Add cream of mushroom soup for a creamier hotdish.) Turn on med/high heat and cook for 15min to 20 min or low/med heat for 35 min to 40 min, stirring occasionally. Hotdish is done when noodles are done cooking.
