6 TB yeast
4 c. hot water
1 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 TB salt
8-10 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Add and mix yeast, hot water, oil and sugar. Let set 10 minutes. Add eggs and salt. Mix together. Add flour a little at a time until soft dough is formed. Shape into your roll shape as desired. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Makes 2 large pans.

I like to let them raise for about 8-10 minutes before putting them in the oven. They raise quite a bit in the oven as well.
You can have hot rolls in less than an hour!
