2 Cups Stovetop Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1 cup hot water
16 large mushrooms (1 pound)
3 T butter
1/2 small green pepper finely chopped
1/2 red pepper finely chopped
2 T melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat broiler:
Mix stuffing and hot water in medium bowl..cover…let stand 15 minutes
Remove stems from mushrooms….chop the stems
Cook and stir mushrooms caps in 3 T butter in large skillet till lightly browned
Arrange in shallow baking dish.

Add stems peppers to skillet cook and stir until tender
Stir into stuffing mix
Spoon mixture into mushroom caps
Drizzle with 2 T butter

Broil 5-7 minutes or until heated through
