1 jar Frontera roasted vegetable Chipotle salsa
2 bunch green onions, chopped
3 bell peppers, chopped (I use red, yellow, orange)
1 avocado, chopped
2 large tomatoes, diced
2 T. sun-dried tomatoes
2 c. red wine vinegar
2 T. garlic salt
1/4 c. olive oil
2 T. Splenda or sugar
2 T. onion salt
1 bunch fresh cilantro, remove stems and chop
3 T. key lime juice

Mix and marinate over night. Drain and serve with corn chips. (I like Tostito's Multi-Grain.)

Low calorie and yummy, too! Keeps at least one week. Cut with vinegar if it's too hot for your taste.
(I use a Slap Chop to cut up the veggies.)
