12 slices bacon cooked and diced (save 2T. drippings)
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 lb. fresh asparagus
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 sliced hard cooked eggs
1 quart torn greens

Fry bacon until crisp; drain on paper towel. Use 2 T. bacon drippings to saute almonds until golden. Drain on paper towel. Cut asparagus on sharp diagonal to 1" pieces. Add to drippings, cover, cook over medium heat 5 minutes, stirring or shaking to prevent sticking. Add next 5 ingredients to skillet and heat 2 min. Toss all and serve promptly.
