1 jar marinated herring in wine sauce
1 medium apple chopped
4 eggs, chopped in cusinart
2 Tbls. matzoth meal

Directions:
Directions:
Put approximately half the jar of herring and the onions in the jar in the cusinart. Chop fine. Add the chopped apple and egg. Mix well. Add the matzoth meal so that it will not be to soupy. Can add a touch of sugar is it has to much of a vinegar taste. serve with matzoth crackers
