8 Potatoes cooked with skins
3/4 Cup Butter
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Cup (1/2 pint) Sour Cream
1/2 cut green onions sliced thin
1 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
Bread crumbs to sprinkle on top

Directions:
Directions:
Grate cooked potatoes into a large bowl.
Heat butter and soup.
Add sour cream, onions & cheese.to the soup & butter Mix & pour into the potatoes.
Can use large oven proof rectangle dish.
Sprinkle the top with bread crumbs
Bake at 350 for 50 minutes
Can be made 3-4 days ahead.
