2 c. cold water 1 3/4 c. flour
newspaper cut into strips 1x15 inches

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water and flour with wire whisk until smooth.
Dip strips in water then coat a mold with strips, then coat with more strips until thick enough. Let dry and paint as you like to decorate.

Molded clay or a balloon makes a good mold.
